While "thanks" has a nice ring to it, words just don’t carry the gravity of actions. If you’re in the customer service business—and every business is, in some capacity—you should strive to continually show your gratitude to customers in fun and memorable ways.

No one doubts the power of appreciation (we've certainly written about it many times in this blog).  But as Gregory Ciotti suggests, perhaps simply saying "thanks" has become so expected (especially if you have thoroughly woven appreciation into your company culture) that it doesn't have the same "oomph" to it that it once did.  So try finding a new way of thanking your customers, your team, your family, or really anyone during this Thanksgiving holiday.  Visit Mr. Ciotti's website for ideas for thanking customers if you are looking for a little inspiration in that area.

On that note, we continue to offer this blog as it is a token of our appreciation; we hope you enjoy it and find it valuable.  If you ever have any suggestions for topics you'd like to see or other enhancements, please feel free to email any of us directly by clicking on the author name at the top of each post or by clicking the "contact us" link below.  Have a wonderful Thanksgiving from all of us at ProSolutions.
